Should have trusted the reviews, but our friends works great. Left my phone on 2 minutes came to check and the charging pad and my phone were burning hot 🔥 I was terrified it would fry my phone.

I have to unplug it and plug it back in everyday to make it work. Kinda defeats the purpose of having it be wireless

Was so excited, but now I'm very disappointed works fine only for 2 weeks .

I bought this - and it appears to 'kind of work' with the iPhone. Each time I put my phone on it I have to disconnect the power and reconnect it to get the charge to turn blue - and start charging.

I got a new S8 so I bought 2 wireless chargers as part of the accessory bundle (1 for home, 1 for work). I was super excited to try it only to find out it will not charge through a wallet case, and as someone mentioned earlier I have disconnect the power and reconnect it (each charging session) in order for it to charge. A bit disappointed in the product.

I must've gotten a bad one like everyone else, this thing will not recognize my Galaxy 9s unless I unplug the charger, wait a few seconds, and plug it back in. Once I take the phone off the charger, it will not recognize again unless I unplug it. When it does work, its a lot slower than a traditional wired charger. Looks cool, but not worth the $20.

The charger has worked flawlessly since purchase. Having to just place the phone on the charger, w/o plugging in anything; is a game changer.
