My order arrived expeditiously. Loved that I could get so many recycled ink cartridges for such an affordable price. This is for an old HP that I wanted to resurrect. I totally forgot that I needed the photo cartridge which was not included in this package. I reached out on their WhatsApp and I was answered immediately. The yellow cartridges did not work. I headed back to the WhatsApp. My text was answered immediately, and my issue was resolved quickly, professionally, and life is good. Impressed with this new face at Amazon. I had never seen them before in the recycled cartridge arena. I have been using recycled cartridges for years. Stay tuned. I am receiving an entire comparable package as replacement.

These ink cartridges were price right, I did have trouble with the black in printing faintly it called customer service and they were amazing! Walked me through some trouble shooting ideas and when that did not work without hesitation offered to send a new box of ink which I received the next day. Everything is working perfectly and I could not be happier with their customer service. 5 star. Thank you!

Ton of ink for. Low price. Even printing randim photo for fun and repairing so.e old damaged photos by scanning md repairing a reprinting I have been trying to knock a dent in this and still have all the first set of the many cartridges received in this package and they re still basically full. The print quality is as good as you'd expect from name brand ink. The only annoying thing I the printer tell you e erytine you turn it in that you need to made aware of the fact you are using generic ink cartridges. More of an issue with hp than the manufacturer of these cartridges will definitely by again if the printer is even still functional by the time I manage to use all the ink I got for the price of a single black hp brand non xl cartridge. This pack o received 4 XL black carts, and 2 XL cart of each mandatory color. Generic ink the past few years if you do your research is far Better than it was back on the day. I'm using this in a Photosmart Plus B210E. Absolutely glad I picked this package as there were several to choose from also Walmart sells onn brand generic ink now but I was still twice as much and only 1 black, and the. A separate pack with 1 of each necessary color so basically less than half the ink I got for half the price.

I deducted a star because for whatever reason the color cartridges would not work in my printer but you can see they are full of ink. The black cartridge works perfect. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and are sending me new color cartridges to try. Hopefully they work! Can’t beat the price!

I have ordered these cartridge sets for about two years now and have always been happy with the replacement cartridges and the amazing price. The ink quality is good and so far, no leakage. I already planned to continue ordering from Smart Ink but after I had a problem with an ink cartridge...I for sure will order from them again. It took me less than five minutes to get a replacement sent. Not a replacement cartridge but a set. I would have been happy with the cartridge being replaced. They stand behind their products. I recently bought Smart Ink, and it has its great. The quality is smooth, and long-lasting. No smudging, and the ink doesn’t fade over time. Their customer support was incredibly helpful when I had a question about installation. Highly recommend it if you want reliable ink at a great price!

They work well but this doesn’t include the skinnier black photo cartridge so I have to order that separately now.

I'm using HP Photosmart 6520. Black ink does not work on this printer. Quite disappointed.
