Nice pump
This pump is working great feeding an LG refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker.

The 1st unit worked for about 3 weeks
The 1st unit worked for about 3 weeks; It worked and was loud when it did. Then the noise changed and was quieter, continued to run,never stopped and no longer pumped. Unplugged the power supply and contacted seller. They required a video and they sent another unit. The new unit is quiet and does not pump right out of the box. I'm trying to write this in hopes of a refund. Problem is the option for a return and refund is not on the site. What can I do?,, Screwed out of the purchase at this point. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks Tim Update; Customer service has been excellent, can't ask for any better. The issue has been resolved. Thank you , Tim

Works as advertised but, NOISEY
I got this to replace my Primo Hot/Cold water dispenser. Why lug 40lb bottles from the garage when I can just pump the water from there. My garage is the other side of my kitchen and less than 20ft from pump to kitchen sink. Installation was very simple, the directions are clear. It took 8 minutes to prime the pump (cumulatively) I didn't want to run the pump too long, it honestly sounds like an aquarium pump. I got the three year warranty so I feel better for $7. The NOISE, the noise level is 87db!! I can hear it in my insulated garage, I could not imagine having this in my kitchen. The noise level is my reason for 4 stars.

Great pump
Best pump I have used. Great value for the money. I ran the tube about 15’ from my pump to the fridge and it never looses its prim.

Lasted exactly 1 year to the date.
The float switch broke exactly 1 year to the date. An average of 2 bottle replacements every week, so about 100 changes, and it broke. Now, when out of water, the pump will continuously run until replaced.

Made it quieter with pool noodles.
This setup in the video made it much quieter, otherwise it would literally wake us up at night. I'm not sure if mounting lower closer to the water level or the pool noodles made it quieter but was a huge help.

Worked great very loud and then the motor burned out and stopped working.
