Does anyone offer a cap and spigot for this container? I must have a spigot for this.

Unfortunately no spigots are available but replacement caps are. They can be found here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07V6LV5VN The opening is 60MM, it’s possible another company make a 60MM spigot.

Can this be used for disposal of used cooking oil?

You can put cooking oil into this vessel but please do so when the oil is under 120°F otherwise it may melt, deform, or degrade the container.

Can the cap be safety sealed? I don't see safety seal threads, so I would be using a locking wire tie to secure. Is this possible?

There is no safety seal threads nor is there a provision on the cap to allow for a safety wire to be added to the jug. There is a gasket that goes in the cap to seal it to the jug, I've yet to have one leak on me and the cap stays on tight during transport.

Will this have my water tasting like plastic if stored for a long period of time?

This container is made of food grade and BPA-free HDPE plastic. The plastic is inert and will NOT leach into the contents.
