TuffRider Comfy Mesh Standard Neck Fly Sheet 78 Wh

I just received this yesterday so I can't report on durability yet, but I have to say I'm super impressed with this sheet. I bought it because I was really curious what a $26 fly sheet was like. The mesh is soft yet looks durable, and I love that it has 2 front straps and removable surcingles - shopping online, I was disappointed that some of the $100+ ones did not even have these features! I had looked all over for the perfect fly sheet at all price points, but nothing spoke to me. Even $200 fly sheets get torn up, especially when your horse is turned out with other naughty geldings, so why bother to splurge? I ordered a second one for my other horse. Shoulder is lightly lined, and there's a little protective fleece at the wither.My only concerns for fly sheets in general are durability and breathabilty for when we get to those hot summer days. Haven't had a chance to verify either of those yet, it's still cold where I live!

I bought this for my mare thinking because of the price, it might not hold up the best or for long but I needed a fly sheet and didn't have a ton to spend at the time. My mare isn't particularly hard on her clothes so I don't know how it would be for a horse who rubs a lot but this sheet held up all summer and looks the same as the first day I got it...just a bit dirtier ;). Absolutely no rips or tears! All the hardware is in tact, velco still strong and buckles are great! I bought a size 69 and it was a tad small but that's because she's normally a 72. I was a little worried about shoulder rubs since it doesn't have gussets but not a single rub and she has work it a great deal of the time this summer with the crazy amount of flies and mosquitos we've had. Very impressed with this sheet, has held up better than my other horses more expensive ones. Although, they are a bit harder on their sheets than she is but I'd highly recommend, especially for the price!!!

I bought this for my mare who was constantly itchy and rubbing herself raw, as a result. It is a very nice blanket, for a very nice price, and fit her quite well. However, I still feel inclined to give a low rating because my mare got it torn open and rendered practically useless, the very next day after I put it on her. To have paid over $30.00 for something that couldn't even last the night, honestly disappoints me, greatly. I have given up on any kind of fly control and will not be buying anymore.

These fly sheets fit my horses well, but they seem to rip very easily. I've made several repairs on both sheets. Now need to sew the binding around the back of the sheet. The price was right,so I guess this is truly a case of you get what you pay for. I'll limp through the rest of this season, but I'll be putting money aside to spend more money for new sheets next year.

I've had this sheet for a few weeks now and it's great! Came a little early and fits my mare perfectly. After 2 weeks it did have a small hole in it but since it hasn't gotten any bigger. I definitely recommend this sheet!

I like the tough rider fly sheets but, I ordered a 72” and was sent a 69”’. Too much trouble to send back. The sheet will work for 1 of my horses but not the fit he needed. The surcingles aren’t long enough to cross and when I tried to connect it without crossing it it is too long and doesn’t shorten enough. First time the tough rider sheet and company let me down.

It came dirty and with the sewed hole on the front. But I have to say that the one who repaired that hole did a good job. I would return but I could not wait any longer for another fly sheet.That Fly sheet is worth money. Good quality for that price.

Fairly durable - it is a fly sheet. By nature, they're not super durable. Fairly breathable. My primary issue is that it's really big in the chest. My Morgan has an 18" chest, and it was still a bit loose. My poor HackneyX pony was swimming in it. The sheets stretched into being larger in the chest after a few days. Still like it for the big guy, though.

A great fly sheet, horse has been wearing it in the field a couple weeks now and despite the light fabric no tears. Yes it is white and has some horrible poo stains on it but it deflects the sun and seems very comfortable. The fit is perfect, and the straps and buckles are good quality. Highly recommend.

I was very shocked at the quality of this fly sheet for the price. It is soft, yet durable and the buckles and clips are great! My horse was happy with it, and therefore so am I! I ordered another after receiving my first one. Love them.

I have never used a fly sheet before, so not really sure how well any of them work. The bugs in our area are extremely bad. The mosquitoes still try to bite through the material, so not sure it is 100% preventative. The value of the product is excellent. All of the straps and fasteners are of excellent quality and the sheet stays in place extremely well. Overall .... great product for the price, but would like to find the neck covering to go with this sheet.

Wow What great quality. Especially love the price. I have ones that are 3times the price and so don't see a quality difference

This is a very durable fly sheet. Horse rolls around in and scratches where it itches on trees with it on... no noticable rips or tears.
