Effective against cold sores
Was being plagued by cold sores and these supplements have cleared them up and prevented them from coming back. Only downside is the size of the tablets (large) which makes them hard to swallow with just water (so I take them with a bit of banana).

Hard pill to swallow....but great for coldsore sufferers
Firstly, it says 2000mg on the bottle but ensure you read the back because it's actually 1000mg per tablet. Therefore, you need to take two at a time. Secondly, omg the pills are bigger than my head!! They are massive! I have gagged and nearly puked my insides out taking them. I have to break them in two cuz they won't go down my bloody gob!! Honestly, I don't remember them being like this. Very off putting. There's no weird after taste.Ergh. As for it's effectiveness....For someone who has had coldsores since I was 10, yes you read that right, I can say these tablets have been really good. It does not stop coldsores, it does however reduce the severity and speeds up the healing process. I found my coldsores to be really small, not painful at all and heals super fast. I am happy because I used to get them pretty bad!! So these tablets helped me a lot.If you really suffer from coldsores, try these. You might not be able to swallow them in one go, but taking them will help in the long run!

EFFECTIVE NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT FOR PREVENTION OF INFECTION
Effective Nutritional Supplement to prevent Infection. The Tablets are quite large, pleasant tasting and chalky. I chewed the Tablets as they were sticking in my throat and washed down with plenty of water. They aren’t Gastric coated so one can easily do this. At the first sign of a Minor Infection I took a short course of them. I found them very effective if not miraculousObviously one should consult a Doctor if a more serious Infection is suspected.

Giant tablets!
I have always praised myself on my ability to take pills, but my word these are next level! Horse tablets! Even split in half it feels like swallowing a bolder and they sit in your oesophagus for ages! I may grind them down as they are just too much.As for efficacy, I'm not sure I'll ever find out!
