Fixed a sticky facuet
Our bathroom shower faucet was hard to pull, installing this took 15min and it works smooth as butter now.

Easy to install and works great. No leaks. The retainer rings did not work so I just used the old one. No deal breaker. Will order again if I ever have any leaks on my other faucets.

Works great at first Hard to pull after 2 years.
Replaced this valve before about 10 years ago. Getting the old one out wasn't fun. Putting the new one was easy until the last 1/8". Once installed it works perfectly and no leaks. Update: I am now on my 3rd replacement valve after two years on the 2nd replacement. The problem is the valve gets very hard to pull out over time. One benefit to replacing more often is the old part is easier to remove since it only had two years to build up deposits.

Fixed a difficult handle!
Looking into replacing different bath components in my 34 year old house, I kept seeing these and thought about a hard to pull knob in a bathroom. I thought I'd give it a try to fix it. Removing was tricky. I watched videos on removing without a specialized tool, which I almost always prefer to do if possible to save a buck. I got kind of impatient after a little while and worried I'd break something, so got the tool. It then came out with only a little effort. The new cartridge was nearly identical to what had been originally installed for the old Moen standard type valve. Putting it in was easy. For some reason, I really liked the pin that holds it in place, ha. Make sure you replace that! The knob works so much more smoothly now!
