I have found that while taking these I can see the difference in my body's recovery time and I can tell it has helped with my muscles. I can also say that I've been supplementing with them through the last few months and everything is going well. I also eat well, work out hard, and use other vitamins and supplements. It's not a magic pill but if you use it as directed and workout then you will definitely see results like i have.

In simple terms, it means that when you add it before or after the workout/cardio it helps prevent the muscle breakdown. -- Verdict -- - Is it essential? Yes, as it's an essential amino acid. - Can you take it from your diet? Yes [Eggs, Fish, Chicken etc have amino acids present in them, all lean protein have amino]. But some have less Branched amino acids, - For vegetarian(like me) it's a must - You can get amino from lentils, vegetable but you'll have to consume a lot of calories to get little amino. - Each Tablet has 1 gm of amino in it, so ideally you will have to take 5 pills a day, which comes up to 5 gm of BCAA.

When i started using it, it gave a slight boost of energy and recovery during gym. After a week or so, i noticed it doesn't do anything much. Whey Protein by ON is better than using this. P.S some people might experience digestive issues when using this.

Easy to swallow BCaa tablets shows good results boost up your workout . But works a little slower that the powdered form the rate of absorption is slow

I bought the 60 capsule version. The product looks genuine. This is the first time I'm supplementing with BCAAs. This is a 2:1:1 ratio product. There are products from MusclePharm that has 3:1:2 which is better on the paper.
