What size pump is recommended for this filter?

When I bought mine, there wasn't anything listed on pump size. Not sure if they've updated. My experience is it can't handle more than about a 2,200gph pump or it will leak at the lid

I have this filter can someone tell me if the uv 55 w bulb is a 4 prong ?

Yes ours is four prong all prongs r in a straight line

How do I open the filter?

There's a ring at the top of the filter that has a square lever, pull that away from the filter the ring that will pop loose and then you can pull top part of the filter straight up. Make sure the filter is unplugged.
