Happy I bought these
I wasn't so sure whether to but these after seeing other reviews saying they weren't very metallic, I'm very glad I did buy them and I don't know what everyone is complaining about. Obviously there are higher quality metallic pencils, with a much higher price. I am very happy with the quality of pencils and I feel I got more than the quality I paid for. I use them for adult colouring and enjoy using them, they are good quality, good price, go on smoothly and have a beautiful metallic look, will buy these again.

These pencils are good quality and offer a wide range of metallic colours and are an excellent addition to your collection of coloured pencils.

Second only to Caran D"Ache Fancolor
Larger range of colours than Fancolor but less metallic effect. Superior to Shuttle, Castle Arts and Derwent, though. Well worth the money.

Colours are a bit dull and not very shiny
These are okay pencils for the price, but the colours are rather dull and there is not much of a metallic effect when compared to more expensive types like the Derwent Metallics, or even the Castle Arts Metallics. Okay for kids and office use, but not really for art!

Great to colour in pictures of cars.
Bought as part of a young person's birthday present. He loves cars and trucks so by using these pencils the pictures should look real.

Very disappointing. I can't see any metallic sheen. There are 4 different greens in my pack, would have liked a blue. There is no gold, very strange. I really expected more from these pencils.

Die Metallic-Buntstifte von Faber-Castell überzeugen mit kräftigen Farben und einem richtig schönen Schimmer. Sie lassen sich angenehm führen, decken gut und wirken besonders auf dunklem Papier sehr edel. Gute Qualität und perfekt für kreative Projekte.
