Ever med students should treat this as an investment, it's outstanding, the best reflex hammer that there is, i am a need student so don't let anyone tell you otherwise that you don't need this, this will teach you how to elicit signs like no one with good technique, it's very well built and is very versatile

Outstanding Reflex Hammer – A Must-Have Upgrade
I'm speechless. I had already bought this product once, and I lost it on a trip. I bought it again right away. It's very soft for eliciting reflexes; the weight allows for the correct technique, and the rubber feels much softer than before. I have zero complaints. I don't see any reason why people would look for the full metal model when this one also comes with a mini brush to evaluate sensitivity...
