How much wind can this handle?...we get pretty strong winds at times.

I’m in Baton Rouge La and forgot to take it down during a Hurricane, approximately 65mph when it got here and had no issues. Of course you need great anchors!

can this be used for privacy fence?

Yes, but go with a darker color for more privacy. One could make out people behind, but wouldn’t see much.

How about the material of this brand? I bought a shade sail of another brand before. It had cheap material and one seam started ripping within a month
