Genuine Delta Part
This is a genuine Delta part. I bought this to replace the same Delta tub spout that was leaking from underneath. Based on other reviews, the plastic gasket inside is a known failure point for eventually leaking over time. Wish it was made of better materials for the price, but it is a one-to-one replacement and easy to install.

Durable and perfect fit. Pretty much OEM for Delta tub spout.
Left old adapter installed, replaced o-ring and installed tub spout in 5 min. Customer was very happy.

Easy to install
My husband and I are not the do it yourself type but needed to save money on labor. So, when our shower stem broke on the faucet we researched and found this one. It screws right into the wall and comes with the plastic gasket. We really surprised ourselves and saved a buck, or two ;)

Excellent Product - see info on the adapter if you don’t have one or don’t solder!
Overall very nice and a big upgrade from the basic builder grade slip-on spout. Much quieter flow and longer too which is nice. Just want to pass along to people that I’m some cases it may require extra installation work you don’t expect. Some extra effort is needed if you do not have the delta spout adapter already installed or a threaded pipe connector already in place. I did not as my existing spouts were the slip on/clamp type (non-delta) with a straight copper pipe from the wall. Not a big deal for me but since it only came with the “sweat-on” adapter I had to solder on the piece to the copper pipe. More work than I think most people want to take on without knowing and for some may require a plumber. In this case if you don’t know what you have just also buy a delta SLIP ON O-ring adapter that has an o ring and set screw. Does the same thing and you won’t need to solder.Anyways overall the quality and installation is great! I’m very very happy with the product!

Great spout
We just moved into our beach house and noticed that the spout in the spare bathroom wasn’t working properly. We wanted something as close to the old one as possible. This one is the exact style. It fits perfectly and was very easy to install. No tools were needed!
