Delicious Great Value
Omigosh these are delicious. Of course, we all want fresh, but I can't always shop and find what I want. I bought Italian made linguine and used these and the Bar Harbor Clam Juice. It was delicious. I'm so glad I took a chance because I have 10 cans left! I will make this for guests. Excellent product. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Outstanding
These clams are better than advertised. I eat them alone with Horseradish sauce or some Louisiana Hot Sauce. They a great addition to a white clam sauce. What a fantastic flavor.

A little chewy.
The clams are a little chewy, this is to be expected due to the canning process. If cut into smaller pieces they should be more conforming to the palate.

DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU SEE ON COOKING SHOWS!
I bought these clams because they were used as a quality product on a cooking show. I should have checked the reviews before I bought them. They are the worst. Gritty, fishy and like chewing a wad of old bubble gum. I don't know how this company stays in business. I'm happy that I found out before purchasing any of their other products. Don't believe cooking shows. They must have been pain to tout this crappy product. Last time I'll be watching Ree D.

Tender and tasty
Meaty but tender clams. One of my favorite dishes is linguine with white clam sauce: i usually add 2 bottles of clam juice after I sauté fresh garlic in olive oil. Once the sauce begins to simmer, I add the clams and shut off the heat. The clams are already cooked, so whether they’re chopped or whole clams, there is no need to cook them fUrther. The other essential ingredient is chopped flat Italian parsley. Put some in the sauce and then top with more at service. Flat Italian is superior in flavor than the curly type often used as a plate garnish, it tends to taste grassy, not herbal
