Magic tenderiser and thickener.
Just brilliant as a meat tenderiser, but use little (search for times and quantities for your particular protein), and it thickens sauces beautifully. It was a total revelation, discovering this.

Great Quality – Worked Perfectly for Dumplings
Used the yourhealthstore Unmodified Potato Starch for cooking and it worked really well. I specifically used it to make potato dumplings, and it helped them stay in shape nicely during cooking. Good texture, easy to use, and great that it’s gluten free and non-GMO. Will definitely be buying again for future recipes.
