I am so pleased with this kalimba! It is sturdy and well made. It has such a pretty music box sound to it. I have had a lot of fun trying to learn different songs on it. I am not musical at all, but I was able to learn 2 songs on it in the first week. (With the help of YouTube.) This item would make a nice gift. It came with a hard carrying case, tuning hammer, cleaning cloth, and key stickers. I feel that the person who made this took pride in their work and did quality work. The beautiful design on the front was perfectly centered. I highly recommend this!

I bought several of these as gifts, and they are so nice I had to get one for myself. They have a pleasing sound and are very pretty. I am a professional musician for a living (before Covid-19, and hopefully continuing). I am now integrating my kalimba into some recordings.

I bought this because I’ve seen a couple videos of someone playing a kalimba and it just sounded so beautiful and i just ordered it on a whim. It’s very soothing and really fun to play, it didn’t come with any music book but you don’t really need it, just look up YouTube videos, it’s really easy to learn. And if you may have anxiety/depression I recommend trying this, I feel so much better when I play it, the sound is absolutely beautiful and music helps with a lot of things.

Some of the keys rattle a bit but it still sounds beautiful and looks beautiful as well.

This is such a fun instrument. This purchase was my first kalimba. Although there are many songs available through easy internet searches, it took me a little bit to perfect my tuning. I was overdoing my adjustments - so if you are also new to this, use a light touch to tap the tines. The sound is similar to a heavy hand on a harp, but it is also very soothing. Although I have not memorized any songs, just playing freely allows the beautiful sounds to fill the air and, for me, it is very calming. Since this purchase, I have purchased a 21 key and a 34 key kalimba and bought two character kalimbas to five as gifts to young children.

Sounds great, good quality for the price, sturdy carrying case. I bought another one (gecko brand) slightly more expensive that sounds a bit better, but this is a good beginner instrument.

I had one reason, and one reason only for purchasing this. It was to learn the sad Naruto song when something depressing happens or when someone dies. I learned it. Took me around 3 days. COVID struggles amirite. Honestly, it makes me want to learn more music. It is a fun, portable instrument and I don't wanna be the guy in the apartment complex wailing away on my saxophone, so this is a good substitute.

Nice product, even came with a case which I didn’t expect. Craftsmanship is exquisite. Was really much nicer than I anticipated it would be.
